We have submitted Token amount of Rs.4000/- for 2 BHK flat in Indirapuram area. But due to some unavoidable reasons we were not able to take the flat, and moreover we have informed the same to the broker. At that time he told us that our token amount wiil be refunded if we will not take flat.
But when when approached them they started making excuses.
