Annual Maintenance Charges

My sbi card bearing number 5264685424503264 was offered for lifetime without annual maintenance charges. But Rs.750/- is charged as annual maintenance charges in the statement dated 3-Aug and the said amount is remitted on time. Kindly refund the amount, otherwise i am not interested to hold the card.
