Ooster disconnected before the due date

My name is Biju Divakaran and I am workin as a Deputy manager Service also we are the service provider for Nokia, Sanmina, Nokia Siemens Network (NSN) recently I purchased new connection on 5th auguest and submitted all relevent papers, after one week they disconnected the out going and said non submission of documrnt as a reason.

Again I submitted the papers and started using the mobile, after one week again they disconnected and the reason is non submission of document

I afraid that may be some airtel people misusing the Id for others.

Also the same day I activated booster @245/- for three months and two days back they disconnected the facility and said validity is expired, I contacted twice to customer care and now they blocked my no so that I cannot reach to care.

In my company 26 peoples are working and now we are going to disconnect all Air tel connection and will go for some other service provider.
