I have booked a complaint of my refrigerator on 1860-180-4558 on 14.06.09 at 4.30 pm for door rubber (gasket) had been loose. My complaint no. is DL06090150451. The company sent his representative Mr Sushil Sharma on 15.06.09, who inspected properly and told that the door will be changed after 3 or 4 days. I again remind my complaint on the same number on 22.06.09 and 25.06.09. More than 2 weeks has been passed, I could not get any further response from the company.
