I had taken this policy in Sep2008 its going to be six months and I have not yet received the policy documents. Its been over 2 months since I have been communicating with Max customer care and the Max office here in bangalore. They have yet not given me a definitive answer as to where my policy document is and how do I get hold of it.
Now its going to be over 3 weeks since i have applied for cancellation and full refund still there has been no response or reaction from "Max" regarding my complaint.
My only conclusion is that CUSTOMER FOCUS / SATISFACTION IS SOMETHING THAT MAX NEWYORK LIFE INSURANCE IS NOT BELIEVE IN.
Are there any suggestions as to how i should proceed ahead?? I have already talk to a lawyer friend and soon going to launch a consumer court complaint regarding the same. I only hope to resolve this issue as quickly and as quietly as possible.
Is there any authority above the service helpdesk email that is I can pass my complaint to?? and how??
