Received in non working condition

Rediif Ref No 008-851-038 Shopping: POS: Order No 5071861

I received the MP3 player in defective/non working condition and reported the same to rediff customer care. After a remainder rediff customer care responded to return the item to the vendor at Sec'bad and intimate. After completion of above procedure after 10 days and several remainders also no response found.

Frustating experience.
