NRIs beware! Maya Properties and its MD Satish Menon have been exposed as doing fraudulent bookings. They have not completed any projects except one Maya Heights, which was delayed by almost four years and have many quality problems.
They are making bookings for many new projects, none of them have started. Despite having a contract, they are forcing clients who have booked for new projects to sign new contracts with escalated costs. Many NRIs are their victims - especially those in the Gulf.
