MCD-water logging

I am a resident of double storey, new rajinder nagar. The nullah in front of our house has got choked because of encroachments. Now when it rains, instead of water from our verandah going into this nullah, water from nullah flows into our verandah leading to severe water logging. Due to this even our rooms get filled with the stinky "nullah water". We have complained to MCD a number of times but no action has been taken yet. I request the officials to please take note of our problem as you can imagine the ordeal caused when your house gets filled by nullah water and damages your furniture
