One Ajay Singh of Vasant Kunj Sector B Pocket 10 residing in 7546 has constructed an entire floor on the terrace of the DDA flat by threatening the neighbors. He claims to be a relative of some politicians in Bihar, and has obviously bribed officials to get the construction done. He is running his office there. Can anyone take this matter seriously and see how he has violated the MCD rules by encroaching government land and an entire floor on the terrace above the flat 7551 which also is owned by him.
