Gutter blocked

Good Afternoon,

I am senior citizen resident of H4/31 bengali colony, mahavir enclave, new delhi, from the last one week our street gutter is blocked due to this we are facing a lot of problem, dirty and smelly water coming in our rooms, i had personally visited Mrs. Sudeshwati's office for register of complain, one of her person answering that we have no person and what we can do if dirty water is coming to your rooms this is the verbal words of mr. inderjeet.

Till date now person visited to clean this how many times i have to personally visit in their office what service we are getting from them, I request you to look this matter seriously and take some action on this. Noboday is listing to our request where should we report now?

Dirty smell and dirty water is blocked we cant even stand out of house

Please instruct someone to clean it at the earliest
