My Credit Card No.5425 0517 0565 1288. I have taken a health policy through you from Reliance Insurance for which I had to pay Rs.14675/- as one time premium, which I have paid through my credit card and I have cleared the Credit Card liability of Rs.14675/- by way of Demand Draft drawn in your favour during first week of November. Whereas, I have received an SMS message to my mobile asking me to pay Rs.13262.34 befire 03 12 2009. As there is no due on my card, why the message has been sent to me. Please check your records and send reply to my e-mail address or message to my mobile no.98492-62766.
