Hello, I had ordered birth certificate of my son by using MCD website. And I have not received any certificate even after payment was done successfully. Please help me to get the Birth certificate.
This complaint had been registered by myself online on 16/09, but since than this is still pending.
I do not know why MCD is not responding?
