Legal Notice V/s. Inderjit Sharma, Branch Incharge, On Dot Couriers & Cargo Limited, Branch Office, Near Head Post Office, Sangrur Tehsil & District Sangrur.

under the instructions & on behalf of my client Mr. Deepak Kansal S/o. Sh. Tarsem Kansal R/o. House No. 2566, Ward No. 17, Magzine Street, Sangrur Tehsil & District Sangrur (Pb.) Mobile No. 94171-55433. I hereby serve upon you the following Legal Notice:-

1. That on dated: 29-08 my client sent a parcel containing medicine through your courier service & a receipt no. 619330645 dt: 29-08 was given by our to my client.

2. That the Parcel was to be delivered to Mr. Dinesh Sood, #542 L, Street No. 5, Gautam Nagar, Hoshiarpur.

3. That after few days my client came to know that his parcel has not been delivered at the above said address. When my client approached you regarding the delivery of his parcel you flatly refused to address his grievance rather misbehaved him.

Now I am directing you to deliver the Parcel of my client or return the Parcel to my client within 15 days of receipt of this notice otherwise Legal Action will be taken against you,
