Renewal of mediclaim

Dear Sir,

I vidarsh chopra has mediclaim policy no 282550007810.Policy was supposed to be renewed on 22-08-08.

I had deposited renewal premium on 5-08-08 & premium amount was deducted from my account.

So far i have not received any document inspite of my repeated reminders. Even in the Govt.scetor the service is not so poor. Now i donot know to whom should i approach?

Please give me the number of Chairman so that i can make him understand the sorry state of his company.
