I tried booking a ticket from bangalore to karnool today. First time after giving the credit card details and everything the payment gateway said successfull but ksrtc said failed to book the tickets. I tried it once again but this time payment gateway page became blank after entering all the details successfully but money was deducted from my credit card. I don't have any customer care numbers also to call KSRTC guys and complain. Here are the ticket booking reference numbers given by KSRTC
