Dear Sir,
Ours is a SSI unit since last 20 years and using more than 7 Landline and 11 mobile connection using VODAPHON, RELIANCE, IDEA, BSNL mobile connection without causing any type of inconvenience from the service provider till date. I am paying on an average amount of Rs. 40000/- monthly as telephone bills regularly. Meantime watching your huge fake advertisement regularly I have taken mobile connectivity from AIRTEL and penalized/getting troubled day by day. First complaint was the improper connectivity from the date of connection. Inside my house as well as at my works at pavaghadh Road which is 03 KM far from AIRTEL tower. I have informed your various officials like Mr. Raju pawar, Mr. Hiren Joshi through telephone and personally but nobody responded properly. Several time I have contacted customer care but nobody is interested to listen / understand the problems of a customer and not shown any interest to settle the trouble of a genuine customer
Needless to mention having a AIRTEL Mobile connection is very “BAD LUCK” for me and not need any better reason for getting afraid for of such highly reputed organization. Because I am in confusion of meaning of reputation due to your par below service and approach.
Finally I am giving you a chance to settle all my troubles and take surrender our all five mobile connection along with all proper evidence of your faulty service and give me to choose somebody else those are doing business with profit but also giving proper customer service as and when need by the customer.

Ours is a SSI unit since last 20 years and using 5 mobile under CUG plan. After getting your connection we never satisfy with your service. After so many complain of improper connectivity your company fitted a instrument called receiver at our site but we are still not get voice clarity.
Finally I am giving you a chance to settle all my troubles and take surrender our all five mobile connection along with all proper evidence of your faulty service and give me to choose somebody else those are doing business with profit but also giving proper customer service as and when need by the customer.
