Not received pan card

Hello sir,

I did not recd pan card. I applied for same through MetLife on 11 june.

His Processing fee coupon number is 026987143.His CSF no is 039462003 dated june. His name is Ashok Sharma. So far we have not received the PAN Card. I gave them required document on june 11 but same problem is remain.

We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the PAN card. If I got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you.
