I have met life policy, my policy no is 1200600202364.i started my policy on july. I pay my premium half yearly through ECS.Last year i paid the premium through ECS in the month of January and july.i have not got any receipt from the insurance company. For this year the company supposed to send an ECS request to my bank on January 6th, where it has not come to the my bank still now.where i started enquired about this they told me that my policy is going lapse. Where i have paid the whole premium last year and the insurance company also admitted that they have received the money. But still my policy is going to lapse. I will conclude that met life insurance company is mentally torturing me in this issue where no body to solve my problem, nobody is responding in a proper wayand still my problem is not getting solved.
