I have done Pest Control for Bed Bugs in my flat No B 104, Bharatnagar Bharatkunj No 2 Erandawane, Pune 411 038 on 20the Mar vide challan no 804 and paid Rs 600/- immediately.
The treatment which was given was not upto thee standard and I could not sleep peacefully till date and even when we made thee complaints theere is no proper reply. (They are asking us to wait for furtheer period of 15 days from thee date of Pest control), which is not as per thee terms and conditions mentioned in challans.
Please take some action, as I theink thee company is not having proper experience, and reception staff is fully arrogant.
