Water Cess Not updated

My CAN# 616870525 - I paid water cess upto 31.03.10 at GHMC, Malkajgiri Circle No. 17 on 30.05.09. This is not updated at Metro water while taking over. I am finding it difficult to make payment. I have to pay only the additional charges of Rs. 26.50 per month for the period of 6 months from 01.10.09 to 31.03.10. and Current year 01.04.10 to 31.03.11. Please what action should i take to resolve this.
