On 28th August, i have ordered a product with the mentioned order#. I have received a damaged product.
I contacted mginger on 2nd September. Till now they have not replaced with a product which is not damaged.
Whom to contact is not known, as the support of mginger is saying, we will replace and it is almost 20 days,
i am just waiting for mgingers mail.
This gives a experience of not to do any more deals with mginger, which is not able to respond to a
customer in a proper way.
