Non- receipt of cheque

Sub: Claim P.Fund MH/4165/25/07

I beg to inform you that in the context of above claim two cheques numbering 17065 and 102633 amounting to Rs. 65681/- & 13143/- respectively dated 29.07.2008 were issued and were to be deposited in my savings A/c. of HDFC Bank, Mahalaxmi Branch, Mumbai A/c. no. 05421050111035.

I regret to inform you that mentioned both cheques have not been credited in my said account it has been more than a month the said cheques are not even being shown in the unclear amount in my HDFC Bank Account.

Under the circumstances I would reqest your good self to please look into, and arrange to have my cheques credited in my said account.
