Eg.not recieving PAN CARD

Sir,

I R.K.Mourya had applied for pan card utiisl noida vide appliation no.703700104 dated 5/03 in ref.to PAN no. AEVPM6869E which was alloted me by I T office new delhi. when I enquired on net, found status is "under PPC suspension".

request is either card may please be issued to me or I may please be intimated on my given address about PPC, so that I could able to get PAN CARD.
