Franchisee problem

Dear sir

i am takeing franchisee of abc montessori chandigarh teacher training institute for agra and at that time he is promised me so many things and signed agreement dt 15 march09 at that time iam provide franchisee fee around 2.5 lakhs rupees by chq from that moment he said we started our campagin

after eight months he is not started his campagin and not supported franchisee

at last i want my money back so he is never pickup phone and not given me any solution

kindly help for saveing my money and provide me any solution for takeing action against him
