Ecently brought a new Micromax Phone Model No: X225 ESN/ IMEI No : 910001043328852 from Sangeetha Bangalore on26 July and I am facing the below mentioned issuses.
1) voice clarity
2) Whenever I receive a call from my other Sim The First call go disconnected
3) Whenever I use to charge it I need to first shake it then charge it..
But when I went to your Service centre RT Outsourcing to report this matter My Order No: MIL: OL:0820009-92 they are saying that it is a Physical Damage and you need to pay for the Damages but from Day one I am facing these issuses even I have spoken to your Customer Care Center My Complaint no is MICLOL08251 .Request you to Kindly Check this on your end because a Individual can't damage the Charger as well as your Phone USB . and I personally feel that your products are not upto the mark and neither your company is interested in making any Brand value. I am using Nokia from the Past 6 Years and till date I haven't faced any issues. Request you to kindly look into this and resolve this ASAP else I will report this matter to Consumer Forum as well as I will Make sure that this issue will publish in all the leading newspapers.
