Screen and reciever problem

I have purchased mobile c2i on 7 of september but on 22nd of sep my mbl got screen total black out and reciever problem from starting . i hade gone to authorised service center but they are not assisting me properly and i cant even use that mobile it is in warranty period but they are not repairing or replacing the phone.
