I have received a message twice that my handset does not have a valid IMEI No. from Aircel customer care on date 18th & 20th Nov'09. Their customercare representative also told me that my IMEI no. is not a valid one. They told me to speak with Orissa circle IMEI office and after that as per consultation of IMEI officer, I have sent SMS of my IMEI No from my Handset to 53232 and I was told that my IMEI no belongs to manufacturer Micromax & Brand Q3. After that also I have received SMS from Aircel customer care regarding the same. I want to solve the matter. Thats why I am sending this mail. Please let me know where is the problem & how it will be solved.
