Micromax Q3
Not Supporting application Softwares

I Purchased a Micromax Q3 on 31-08-09 from chittorgrah, Rajasthan. And now I found it is not supporting any kind of themes and other applications except that are installed.

I am also unable to load as well as play some of the games I did not find the keys to play them.

Please help me!
