Problem with micromax mobile X250

Dear sir,

I have purchesed micromax mobile X250 and When I try to connect mobile with PC it is not getting connected, instead is geeting charged. The company is offering 20days backup for battery. but i don't gettig even 2 days.

Please solve my problem...
