I had purchased one invertor & battery from omer electronics kanpur on may 11 on 15 may i had complaint that battery is not working request you to kindly replace i had lodged complaint on call centre my complaint no is 10680.they had comfirmed that the same would be replaced but till date the same has not been done.the shop owner is not ready to resolve the same he had refused to help as per him they are only selling battery and customer needs to follup with the company.
