Hi All,

i had launched a complaint regarding my new micro wave oven (Glass Plater) on 14th June 08 and till date it has not been solved after a regular follow up.

Thanks to Samsung service team for taking almost all care to continous support for the complaint that till date they dont have time to look into the matter.
