Hi,
I have been calling up LGto give me an update on further action for servicing the microwave, but they are failing to give any satisfactory answer.
There is some problem with the start and stop touch buttons-which were sometimes operating when forcefully done, but now they are totally not operating after the unit was opened.
My complaint was given on 16 th may and we are in June month.
As a customer I need LG authorised service person to not only physically come but also REPAIR my unit
I hope you would pls consider the inconvienience i am going through and take a prompt action.
