We have registered complaint about Microwave Oven not working to Samsung service helpline :- 30308282. They have told us to contact one franchise people saying that Samsung is not doing the service so you contact them. We have contacted them and they have repairded the microwave. They took from us Rs.2000. It was not working on the next day. We have again called the service helpdesk. Some person came to our house and said that you have to pay Rs.1000 again. He was telling the previous people who came to your house were fake Samsung franchise people and some helpdesk persons are also involved in this.
Why the Samsung service helpdesk are guiding to wrong Franchise people? How the customer will come to know who are fake and who are genuine? Why the samsung is not taking STRONG action who are cheating the customers from Samsung service helpdesk? Why not Samsung CANCEL franchise of such persons?
Why I should not take STRONG ACTION against SAMSUNG? How much stress it caused to us for last three/four days?
