SERVICE CENTER NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am M.Mohanraj kumar working as a Junior Engineer in Southern Railways, Erode. We have purchased a samsung microwave oven (model No. CE1031L) on 08.01.09 in vasanth & Co, Erode, Tamilnadu. our oven is not working properly for more than 2 months, we have given the complaints at our local samsung service centre. They visited only once at the time of complaints and said that the spare part is not available. i have frequently contacting the service centre but they are not responding me properly. I have depressed about your product and i will not suggest your product to any of my known RAILWAY EMPLOYEE. so you kindly take proper action immediately for the same.
