i have been noticing for a couple months now that almost all dairy outlets and shopkeepers have been selling half-litre milk packet for Rs12 whereas the MRP is Rs11.when i asked them about the extra rupee they said it's for cooling the milk in the fridge.. i stay in kandivali (E) thakur village
