This is to with the reference of the Tour Plan charges (4500.00), which has been added on 29-Sep (As per October Statement) in my ABN AMRO Credit Card Account (Credit Card No. : 5415382403199763). I had never agreed or accepted to anybody for availing this plan. I had also complained about this unwanted charge at customer care, but didn't get any proper response on this issue.
I was given the reference number 00184525464 on March 18 stating that "We have referred the matter to our concerned department and will revert to you within the next 5 working days". But nothing has happened till date.
I have sent handwritten letter for the same explaning the issue but no any action has been taken.
In fact I have been continuously getting mails, calls, SMSs for the payment of the above amount which I have never availed. Now recently i have received a mail stating that "Please note that since we have not received the voucher within with in 60 days from the date of debit and the same has been expired hence we express our inability in reversing the charges on your card account.
We therefore request you to clear the current balance of Rs. 9, 190.38 to avoid any further charges on your card account."
Please help me in resolving the issue ASAP.
