I have purchased mini silai machine from naaptol against order no. 1689990 dated 27.04.2011. bottom bobbin is not working. user's manual is not supplied with machine. asking for manual and help from customer care daily from 28.04.2011. till date i.e. 07.05.2011 not recieved. loosing money on phone daily in vein. seeking help from forum.
