Dear Sir.
Mini Silai Machine vide order no. 1456099 dated 4 March was delivered. After receipt I was asked to contact Cust Care No 9223516148 for feed back vide SMS DATED 10 MARCH.
I had gone through the booklet and given feed back as follow on 11 March -
1] As mentioned vide this booklet it is not clear how to replace bottom bobbin.
2]As shown in booklet - bobbin winder spool [T] is not found projecting out of hand wheel [K]
I was told to show local tailor. Accordingly had shown to local tailor. He guided how to remove bottom bobin but for rewinding of bobin he asked to talk to supplier back.
Hence had talked to Mr Vikas on above Cust Care No.on 13 March. He advised vide SMS to send this machine back on following address -

I had therefore personaly hand delivered machine to above address and got his acknowledgement on 15 MARCH
Had enclosed letter mentioning all above details and REQUESTED TO REFUND THE AMOUNT Rs 1699/-
Subsequently had followeup on above cust care no. Every time new person attends the phone and starts talking abc -- whic is disgusting. Telepphone charges are to my account only because at no time NAPTOL give service call back.
I had incurred Rs 600/- just to give back defective unit to them.
Absolutely no botheration fro NAPTOL to reply back when money will be refunded
Very pathetic situation...!
Thanks a lot for cheating ...! No action after delivering defective unit on 15 MARCH. MERA BHARAT MAHAN HAI!!
