I have received an e-mail stating that I've won a prize of 400, 000USD;this message stated that I should give my personal information so as the payment procedure should be engaged in order to allow me to receive safely the prize;unfortunately till now I did not get an answer (I've sent all the information requested by David Kewell (RCA) Shell Lottery Inc.:[email protected];[email protected]). Would please inform me about this attitude because I am so disappointed;regards
