Deduction twice for one bill

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have shopped from Big Bazar at Agarwal Fun CIty mall, Shahdara Delhi on 08.12.2008 at night for an amount of Rs.418/- through SBI debit card however, in my state bank statement it is showing that the same amount has been deducted twice. It this matter while I talked to them they were telling that they can't help in this and asked me to contact to HDFC bank branch.

So it is really unnecessary harasment and i would like to inform I am yet to get the amount back. And i don't know what the HDFC bank fellow will tell...

Please help
