Passport issued but not recieved

Sir,

My name Is Rahul Gupta. I have applied for passport on 1-6 app. no is DLH A02990009.

My passpoer Police verification Is Clear and PassPort Also Issued, But I have Not recieved My Passport Yet. The Information on Website Shows That

"Passport number H6125360 is allotted. Passport preparation is underway. Passport has been granted and passport number H6125360 is allotted"

So Please Help Me to obtain My Passport, Because I need Very URGENTLY.
