Dear Sir/Madam,
1. I had applied for my Indian passport on 1st December at Jaipur, Rajasthan Passport office vide their receipt no Z 003789/07 Name: SUMAN GUPTA.
2. When personally visited the passport officer on 25 Apr it was advised that it is on process & re-deposited the Kolkatta address with him. I was told it will be done in 4-6 weeks time.
3. Till April when quarried on line the message displayed was “File under Process”
4. Enquired today, the message displayed is “File Reference Number (JPR-Z003789-07) is either wrong or Information NOT available.”
5. Being a lady it is really harassing as you can not visit the office in Jaipur located 25kms away from my place.
6. Even if one has to visit can I get an appointment fixed with some one who can be available to meet & help.
7. I am also attaching the scanned copy of the receipt for reference.
Please any one can HELP….
