Respected sir,

i want to complaint against bank because they make a credit card for my father name Sh. badri narayan. but in month of august his card is stolen from shop. but he not know about that, but when the statement is coming from bank. we same day lock the card account for making a call in custmor care. and also inform in police station. the theife can purchase from card worth Rs. 8700/ when i see this i have socked and i make action immediately. than i talk at custmor care and they said that u will pay the minimum amount and i will send u an executive for settlement on this case. but from last five to six month we pay the minimum amount but no body come from ur side. we pay which amount every month bank should as equal charged added in the bill. last time i receive a call from chandigarh because i dont pay the minimum amount and any girls said there side that u pay the minimum amount and send a mail for ur complaint. i said i used only four to five thousand from card i pay same or high from this amount in the way of minimum anount. sir please take action for that i could not pay which amount who is used by any other one. please revert me as soon as possible my custmor id is 5157412 and card no is 4443410095525000.
