we have buyed a microwave oven of kenstar in 2008 january. From starting its having problem sometimes its not working or something else but all time ur company dealer make it temporary OK but now this time its not working totally we have submit u a complaint on 2-12 morning but nothing has happened till now. EITHER U GIVE US A NEW MICROWAVE INSTEAD OF IT OR YOU MAKE IT OK PERMANENTLY
