I had ordered vide Order No. MITBC-WEB 2219355 DATED March 29 and confirmed by you to me by e-mail. I tried to follow up several times and was told on the 2nd May, 09 that my consignment was ready in your stores but was delayed due to Auditing at your end. It was confirmed to me that it shall take 7 days or so for the delivery.
I regret that till the time of writing this complaint ie. till 13th May, there is no news about this consignment. I have tried to again be in touch with your Call Center No. 011 40502424 and inspite of holding the line for 15 minutes at a time, I only listen to your hold on music.
This is strange. I wish one of your Senior Executives really dial your Call Centre No. and find out what fate actually awaits your customers.
Anyway, please advise, as to when can I expect the consignment from your end. It is now 0ver 50 days.
