I have not used your value added services, viz. SMS & others, but you have charged me as under:

Aug.08 = Rs.90/-

Sept.08 = Rs.93/-

Oct.08 = Rs.53.50

Earlier also I had complained reg. such charges. I request you pl. give credit to me for the above, since I have not availed the above services.
