Payment late due to not recieving payments

Dear Sir/Madam This is regarding not recieving my credit card statements from feb 09.My credit card no is 4476929992091634. Now its has been almost for than 3 months and during this period I have made numerous calls to HSBC Customer care to solve my issue. I have provided them all the details " but nobody has responded to my complaint. I have been making many calls to them but every time they put my call on hold and after that they give me the same answer that "I will get a call from HSBC" (which I never got). Today morning i called delhi customer care and then they gave me the local collection number..from where i come to know that my card is blocked due to non payment... sir i want to inform you that i am the genuine customer of hsbc bank from the last 2 yrs.and i have never been into such problem with hsbc bank. Now I am very upset with the service of the bank as every month im getting late fee charges but still m not reecieving ur statements... i called the customer care and then they send their executive for the collection of cheque..but when he came i asked him for the statements he said that he didnt bought them, he only knows the amount..now finally when i have recieved the photo copies of the statement from that executive, i want that you should please waive me off the late charges as..the final amount is 18834/-but after adding the late fee and all the amount is 20326/-

So kindly give me the reversal for late fee and unblock my card so that i should continue with the services...
