Unwanted messages on mobile

Dear Sir,

My mobile No. is 9818251193 and I am getting unwanted messages from 64611010 since 11 December. After sending message Rupees 10/- is deducted from my account suddenly daily. And after doing a lot of complaints to the customer care, i have not got a positive response.

Please look into the matter and solve my problems.
