Damage of simcard

The simcard in mobile no 9444484121 in the name of Mr. S.Arulkumar is damaged. We are unable to recharge because of this reason and the recharge validity period expires from 10th september'08. the balance amount is still around rs.400/- (approx.) kindly advice how to replace the simcard with same no and without losing the balance amount.

We also want to recharge the mobile with the present suitable scheme.
