ABN Amro Bank Credit Card Charged without Service and put name in CIBIL

Dear Sir,

I am Banoj Tripathy, I was having a Credit Card from ABN Amro Bank. They have charged Rs. 5000/- when I got the Bill for the month of May.

I have not purchase anythings for this, I have complain so many time to ABN Amro Bank. I have all the Complain number and customer care executive s name. They were telling that amount will be deduct in the next bill.

ABN Amro Bank did not deduct that amount and charged lots of Late payment fee, service tax etc. In January I got a letter from ABN amro bank that they will deduct that amount with all the late fee, But did not do that.

Finally in the month of March they had deduct Rs. 5000/- which they had charged almost one year before but left all the late payment fees and service charges.

They put my name in CIBIL, Please help me from this CHEATER BANK "ABN AMRO BANK" who are cheating to innocent people.

I am looking for a Home Loan but since they have put my name in CIBIL it is not possiable to get the Loan.

SO I AM COMPLAINING TO REMOVE MY NAME FROM CIBIL DATABASE
